While this quote may be true – meditation is easier than you think. Meditation has become the quiet place many people are seeking in the busyness of life. We seek inner and outer peace and calm. But you may have heard it is difficult or impossible to learn, or you may feel it to be daunting. We often hear about meditation as shutting off the mind or emptying your mind of thought. Not necessarily true.
I am here to let you know that I have been meditating for years and it is easy when you know how. I have created numerous ways you can easily incorporate many different types of meditations into your daily life.
