Have you thought about what your back to school plans are? The kids are all back in school this week – but what plans do you have for your personal growth? It’s fun to contemplate! And I have a few ideas.
Here’s why you might like to embark on this journey with me … we often put ourselves last which leaves us with very little for our families. When we feel happy, joyful, peaceful with lots of energy we have more to give. We support ourselves first and then support our loved ones, co-workers etc. (just like the airbag on an airplane – we have to put our own mask on first).
