This past Sunday morning I sat by the water sipping tea. With tears streaming down my face I reflected on the past 2 years. Looking back at the courses I have taken, the books I have read, and the amazing souls I met along the way. My heart feels so raw and open with all the shifts in my life. I reflected on ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ of what I offer in sessions and workshops, and wondered how I could be of service in a deeper way in 2017.
Many of you have asked me if I am still doing ‘the same thing’ or have my offerings changed dramatically. My answer has a few parts to it: first – I love what I offer and it will not change, however, what I have learned naturally weaves itself into everything I offer.
After my car accident in 2015, the ‘bump on the head’ was truly an opening for me to go deeper – to begin the process of attaining more formal education and certification in areas I had studied for many years. What this does is…creates so much more for YOU. I do this for myself and ultimately offer more to you.
I must share with you that sometimes I feel I cannot access some of the deeper healing that needs to occur with those who come to me. I don’t always have the tools to get there. With my new knowledge I feel I offer so much more now…and for those of you who know me – you know I am a stickler for detail and I don’t offer anything unless I feel ready and properly educated to do so.
Now I am offering more workshops and sessions in the areas of: women’s empowerment, sexual healing, couples conscious loving practices, Tantra teachings (a branch of Yoga), yoni egg practice for women – and there’s a lot more.
I feel blessed to have met many people and be part of communities that have supported me and provided me with the information, skills and confidence to move forward in a direction that feels close to my heart. I offer new classes and sessions that address many new themes and topics. I cannot walk away from what I feel is so needed in our culture.
My wish is that we support one another and
live by the wise words of Ram Dass:
“We’re all just walking each other home.”
I wish you an abundant 2017 filled with much love, passion and adventure.
As always I am here to support you in this life journey – and welcome your feedback.
